Club Lounge & Media Room
Guests enjoy access to our Club Lounge, a relaxed yet refined space to savor a complimentary continental breakfast, coffee, and light snacks. The lounge also offers a kitchenette where you may prepare a light meal or enjoy a cold beverage. It’s an ideal setting for board games, cards, wine tasting, or small gatherings.
For business or entertainment, our Media Room provides a comfortable space to connect and unwind. Featuring a large 70” television, it’s perfect for presentations, sharing photos and videos, or enjoying the big game.
Guest Access
All registered guests have access to the Club Lounge, Media Room, and common areas throughout the hotel.

As a historic property, guest rooms are located on the second and third floors. At this time, there is no elevator or lift.

May has arrived in Port Washington, and with it comes that unmistakable lakeside revival. The marina is stretching awake, the sidewalks are filling with familiar faces, and Lake Michigan is beginning to shimmer like it remembered it’s the main character again.
This season always reminds me why I love being here. I grew up in Port, and I know this town like the back of my hand. There’s a rhythm to it this time of year. A little slower, a little brighter, and just indulgent enough to remind you you’re exactly where you’re meant to be.
At The Port Hotel, my intention is simple but intentional. I want you to feel effortlessly at home, quietly taken care of, and maybe even a little spoiled. Pour something warm in the lounge, wander down to the water, linger longer than you planned, and let the day unfold without a schedule.
If you need anything at all, recommendations, hidden gems, or just a nudge in the right direction, I’m always here. I have my favorites, and I tend to think they’re worth sharing.

Located on our first floor, Moonlight Tavern blends classic supper club tradition with refined yet approachable dining. Known for excellent steaks and house-cut prime rib served Saturdays, the menu also features fresh oysters, lobster claws, hearty sandwiches, and well-crafted appetizers.
The Tavern offers a full bar with an impressive whiskey and bourbon selection, along with fine wines, specialty cocktails, and a wide variety of beer—making it an ideal spot for both dinner and drinks.
