Jury Dining RoomAccomodations
The Port Hotel offers a wide variety of Banquet choices for breakfast lunch or dinner from groups of 6 to 65.  All reservations are accepted based on availability and seasonal demand.  Larger groups may be accommodated by special arrangement.

Menu Selection
We will accommodate off menu selections for groups up to 20 people.  Groups of 20 people or more will be limited to 4 preselected choices.  If you like the Chef will customize a menu especially for your group for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner.

Guarantees
Groups with pre-selected menu choices will be required to confirm the menu choices by no later than 3 business days prior to the event.  Customized menu selections must guarantee a final count 48 hours prior to the event.  If the restaurant does not receive a count 48 hours prior to the event, the original reservation number will be considered the final count and the customer will be billed accordingly.

Room Assignments
Room assignments are based on the anticipated number of restaurant reservations.  The Port Hotel reserves the right to make reasonable changes in seating to accommodate all its guests.

Tax & Service Charges
Any applicable State sales taxes are applied to all food and beverage charges.  Tax-exempt groups must provide a State tax exempt number on group letterhead to receive this exemption.  One guest check will be presented to Groups of 10 people or more without prior approval.  Gratuity of 15% will be added to the guest check for groups of 20 people or more.  Customers requesting to supply their own special occasion cakes will be assessed a service charge of .50 per customer.

Bar Dining RoomRoom Rental
There are no room rental charges.  Requests to open the restaurant for private parties during non-service hours will require a minimum food and beverage service of $750.00 or a room rental charge will apply for the balance of the minimum charge.

Payment and Billing
Payment is expected in full at the conclusion of the event unless other direct billing charges have been pre-arranged.  Direct billing arrangements are subject to credit approval and must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance.

Security
The Port Hotel and the employees of JAZ Enterprises, Inc. are not responsible for damage or loss of merchandise or articles.

Parking
Parking is Free and conveniently located in our lot or on the adjacent streets on a first come first serve basis.  Over flow parking may be found within 1 block at no charge.

Deposits
Deposits are required for pre-selected custom menu items of 25% two weeks in advance of the event.

Cancellations
Cancellations for pre-selected custom menu items are required 48 hours prior to the event to avoid surrender of the deposit.
